you out. You must contact
us and return it within 30 days
of reciept in a new and unused
condition and in its original package. We will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price (shipping
charges are not included in this offer and restocking fee may apply). Product must be used for it's intended purpose or
guarantee is void. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before
shipping merchandise back to us. Ship via UPS or Post Office INSURED.
If we don't receive your returned item or if it gets
damaged on the way to us we will not give you a refund or exchange! Please
enclose the original receiptor copy with a note explaining what you would
like us to do (credit, exchange, refund). If you don't enclose the receipt
we can't verify that you bought that item from us and in many cases we don't
even know who is shipping back something if you don't provide us with that
information! |
